3. Respect others – Consider and respect others’ experiences, views and values.
4. Suspend judgment – Leave aside status, role and stereotypes; treat other participants as your equals.
5. Do not make personal attacks – Express disagreement with other people’s opinions and ideas, not with the person.
6. Participate regularly – Participate regularly and actively – others want to hear your views.
7. Be concise – Keep your interventions succinct and to the point.
8. Stay on topic – Limit your comments to the topic at hand.
